Delivery & Returns Policy
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Orders up to 2kg are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class (Signed For) with a delivery aim of 2-3 working days (from date of dispatch). Orders over 2kg are sent via courier with a delivery aim of 3-5 working days (from date of dispatch). Please note that these timescales are not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer £4.50 flat rate shipping within the UK.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over £10 (within a 10 mile radius).
Deliveries are made from 9.00am to 6:30pm on Monday-Friday. We will contact you (via phone or email) to notify you of the estimated delivery date/time.
Click & Collect
We offer a free Click & Collect service. After placing your order and selecting Click & Collect at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready.
Our store opening hours are: Mon-Fri: 10am-5pm, Sat: 11am-5pm and Sun: 12noon-4pm. We can however arrange a collection time out with these hours to suit your needs. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to the Shop.
International Shipping
We are currently only able to ship to addresses in the UK via our online shop. Please contact us to discuss international shipping options.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
If you wish to return an item, please inform us of your intention within 14 days of receiving your order. You can let us know by emailing brakeleygiftroom@gmail.com
Items should be returned in their original packaging and in a condition where they can be resold, if not faulty.
All returns will be at the buyer’s expense (unless the item is faulty). We recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when returning your item. Items that have been used or worn will not be refunded (unless faulty).
In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns of pierced earrings.
